Banshee 1.4 Released

Banshee developers Aaron Bockover and Gabriel Burt gave a talk at GUADEC 2008, the annual GNOME conference. They gave demos of Banshee's features, talked about how easy Banshee is to extend, and discussed plans for the next couple releases. Their slides are available.

Banshee 1.0 Beta 2 was recently reviewed in Ars Technica and an older Alpha review was published in Linux Magazine.
